What Runbook is
Runbook is a digital product brand creating AI implementation resources for UK professional services firms. We started with accountancy practices of 5–50 staff because that's where the gap is widest: firms that know AI matters but don't have an IT department, a change budget, or a guide that speaks to the way they actually work.
Our products are designed to be used, not filed — checklists, templates, prompt libraries, and frameworks that map to real practice workflows.
Why we built this
Most AI resources available to UK accountants are either generic American content with the currency swapped, or expensive consultants selling discovery workshops. The practical middle ground — specific, affordable, UK-compliant, ready to use on Monday morning — barely existed.
Runbook fills that gap. Every product is written for UK practices, priced in pounds, references UK law, and assumes the buyer is qualified, busy, and sceptical.
How we work
Runbook is a faceless brand. We don't do calls, workshops, or bespoke consulting. We build high-quality digital resources and sell them as downloads. That keeps our value-add high and our products focused.
If the content doesn't earn its place, it doesn't ship.
What's next
We're starting with accountancy and expanding into other UK professional services (law firms, recruitment agencies, estate agents) using the same product architecture.
